Moringa Field Trip 4-19-09
Lynn served the most exquisite lunch. Wonderful Apricot Brandy slushy drink and a special recipe from Lynn's mother of a great refreshing punch, iced teas w/ huge lemon rings and fresh home grown mint sprigs to adorn...followed by a refreshing salad of mesclum, raspberries, pears and pecans w/ a delicious Raspberry vinaigrette dressing. The lunch was delicious and pretty hardy, grilled chicken breast with french green beans and new potatoes. and then, after the wonderful boat ride, we had many desserts. Yummy!
I told Lynn that if we return, we all will bring pot luck/food and she wont have to work so hard and just relax. Her house is beautiful and her garden a fabulous garden tour. She even has an Orchid sitting room! I cannot say enough and we all had a wonderful time. Every detail was thought of, she even gave us party gifts of terrestial orchids for each of us in goody bag. Forrest and Jan took beautiful pictures and they will share them and e-mail.
I left out thousands of details about our field trip and the boat ride, you just had to
